ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND
ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND "1AIF" in acronym, is a Burundi's first mutual fund initiated by a Burundian entrepreneur Fablice D. MANIRAKIZA, who was based on the experience of the countries he visited and which developed through creation of investment funds by bringing together nationals of the diaspora and local citizens such as China, Israel, Ethiopia, India, etc.

ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND is a transformative platform designed to fuel economic growth in Burundi and the East African region. Founded by Mr. Fablice Dieudonné MANIRAKIZA, the Fund brings together contributions from both local Burundians and those in the diaspora to invest in high-impact projects. These investments target key sectors such as infrastructure, agriculture, energy, and technology, driving sustainable development while offering investors solid financial returns.

CSBU VILLAGE: is a housing development in Kiyange, Bujumbura, Burundi. Only 5 minutes from Melchior Ndadaye-Bujumbura International Airport (BJM). Currently being planned and developed by CSBU Property development, in partnership with BHB Bank, this luxury houses are set to be the true definition of the good living. All this double-story houses are designed and developed on a modern class standard. The location of Kiyange seats in merging diplomatic residential suburb of Bujumbura which provides a spectacular view of Bujumbura hills.
It is the first residential housing project in the country. The first phase is to develop residential houses, followed by community & commercial facilities.
